Our Manufacturing Process

Step 1: Steel Melting Furnace
High-grade raw materials are melted in an energy-efficient furnace ensuring stable temperature and controlled chemistry.
Step 2: Ladle Refining
Molten steel is refined to adjust chemical composition and remove impurities.
Step 3: Continuous Casting Machine (CCM)
Liquid steel is cast into billets with consistent internal structure and dimensional accuracy.
Step 4: Automated Rolling Mill
Billets are rolled into TMT bars, structural sections, and square bars with precision shaping and rib patterns.
Step 5: QST (Quenching & Self-Tempering) Technology
A specialized water-cooling process creates a tough outer layer and ductile core—ideal for seismic conditions.
Step 6: Controlled Cooling & Cutting
Bars are cooled on automated beds and cut to exact lengths for reliable handling and use.
